About BTOS
Birmingham Training and Online School (BTOS) is a combination of entirely open learning platform and the blended learning. We are based in Birmingham, UK and our customer service will make the learners’ distant learning experience more trustworthy and enjoyable with the accomplishment of their goals relevant to the quality education.
BTOS aims to provide flexible, blended, distinct and quality learning experiences to the learners. We also aim to have variety of options in our course list for the learners that could suit our prospective learners’ educational needs.
QUALITY AT BTOS
- Birmingham Training and Online School (BTOS) ensures the highest level of quality to meet the expectation of the accreditation bodies and OFQUAL (The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).
- BTOS offers the qualifications that are recognised and accepted by a range of UK universities. Our mainstream qualifications are awarded by the OFQUAL approved awarding organisations.
- BTOS ensures the quality at each stage of the qualification and information delivery to the learners. This process makes sure that the learners’ needs, the awarding organisation and other partners’ expectations are met at the highest level. Regular meetings of the quality assurer with the trainers and assessors evaluate the potential issues and meet the quality needs.
- BTOS has the policy to review the programmes and the course materials on regular basis in order to make sure the potential delivery of the programme outcomes.
